Service Description
Settle into a 30-minute, in-person wellness experience combining sauna blanket warmth, botanical herbs, and Reiki. Selected herbs are placed in a tea bag and incorporated into the sauna blanket setup for an aromatic experience. No herbal body wrap or topical herbal blend is applied. **Your booking includes:** - A separate 15–20-minute pre-session consultation by phone or Zoom, scheduled after booking, to discuss your preferences, allergies, sensitivities, and considerations relevant to sauna blanket use. - A 30-minute, in-person sauna blanket session with a personalized selection of herbs contained in a tea bag. - Reiki from a certified Reiki Master. Certification is available for review upon request. - A complimentary beverage. - A closing verbal conversation with personalized self-care takeaways. **Only the pre-session consultation is available remotely. The sauna blanket and Reiki experience takes place in person at the studio.** Reiki is primarily hands-off. Any light touch is optional and requires your consent. Massage services are not provided. This service is not offered during pregnancy or nursing. Please disclose relevant health conditions, medications, allergies, and heat sensitivities during your consultation so suitability can be discussed. Separately priced add-ons and additional appointments are not included. This service provides nonmedical wellness and spiritual support. Individual experiences vary, and specific outcomes are not guaranteed. **Seasonal Touches** Your experience may feature seasonal aromatherapy, botanical selections, oils, beverages, and ambient details that change throughout the year. These touches complement the core service and vary by appointment and availability. Please share any allergies, sensitivities, or preferences before your session.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment or class. With at least 24 hours’ notice, your payment may be applied to a replacement booking for the same service, subject to availability. Payments for individual appointments do not expire. Membership sessions remain subject to your plan’s terms. Cancellations or rescheduling requests received less than 24 hours before your booking, and missed appointments, result in forfeiture of your payment or membership session. No refund or replacement session will be provided. Payments are non-refundable unless Magical Moments cancels and you cannot accommodate rescheduling, or a refund is required by applicable law. If we cancel a membership appointment, the session will be restored; if rescheduling is not possible, contact us to arrange an appropriate refund for the undelivered service.
