Before your appointment, your practitioner will reach out to schedule a brief 15 to 20 minute phone consultation. During this time, your custom herb blend will be selected intuitively based on what your body needs in this moment, and any medications or sensitivities will be reviewed to ensure a safe, effective session. When you arrive, your personalized herbal blend, crafted with botanical herbs, black seed oil, castor oil, magnesium oil, aloe vera gel, and water, is applied directly to the skin, wrapped to seal in the healing properties, and activated with a sauna blanket or warm towel. Throughout your session, Reiki energy healing supports your nervous system in shifting from stress response into deep, restorative rest. Your session closes with a warm verbal debrief so you leave with clarity on what your body was processing and releasing.
