Service Description
Let your nervous system exhale like it’s on vacation. Taste of Bali: Nervous System Reset is a 60–75 minute studio experience inspired by the soft, everyday healing rituals of Bali. This session blends gentle, non-massage body care with Reiki and sound healing to help your body melt out of “go mode” and into ease. You’ll be welcomed into a cozy, softly lit space with scents and sensory touches reminiscent of Bali. After a brief check-in and intention setting, we’ll move into: Warm, aromatic touches using Bali-inspired elements (like Boreh/Jamu themes, warm towels or compresses, and light anointing within my scope of practice) to invite circulation and relaxation. Reiki / quantum energy healing to clear and rebalance your energetic field. Sound healing + chakra support to soothe your mind, deepen rest, and help integration. You’ll leave feeling grounded, cocooned, and more connected to your own inner stillness—like you pressed “reset” on your whole system. Perfect for: Sensitive, high-achieving souls who are overstimulated, overthinking, and craving a gentle, nurturing experience without having to leave Columbia, SC.
