As summer turns up the heat, this session turns inward, helping you reconnect with your own light, joy, and quiet confidence. Your session begins with a Golden Spritzer to settle in, followed by gentle breathwork to ease your nervous system into stillness. From there, Reiki and Sekhem Healing become the heart of the experience, with vibrational sound placed directly on the solar plexus and sacral chakras to support feelings of confidence, joy, and creative flow. We close with a short guided meditation designed to help you carry that warmth and radiance with you. Available in two lengths to fit your time and needs.

Please review our appointment policy carefully: Rescheduling: All appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your time slot to others who may be waiting.
