Service Description

Learn the foundations of creating intentional sound experiences in this three-hour, in-person class led by a certified sound practitioner. Instructor certification is available for review upon request. This foundational training combines instruction, demonstration, and practical exploration for those interested in incorporating sound into personal practice, individual wellness sessions, or group experiences. Your booking includes: One three-hour, in-person class. An introduction to frequency, resonance, and vibration. Instruction in the purpose, handling, and playing techniques of sound instruments. Guidance on selecting and layering instruments for a cohesive sound experience. Foundational session planning and structure for individual and group settings. Guided practice using the instructor’s instruments, with opportunities to ask questions. A sound practitioner manual (electronic) for continued study. Complimentary light refreshments. A Sound Practitioner certificate upon completion. What to bring: If you own instruments, please bring them for practice. Crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and tuning forks are preferred, and you are welcome to bring other instruments of your choosing. Instruments are available for use during class, so owning them is not required. Instruments are not included to take home. This class is offered in person only. The certificate documents completion of this foundational sound practitioner training. It is not a healthcare license and does not qualify participants to diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions. Additional training and separately booked services are not included. Individual learning experiences vary, and specific professional or business outcomes are not guaranteed.
