Gentle LED light therapy complements the ritual while you settle into an atmosphere designed for rest. From there, allow yourself to simply receive as Reiki and chakra balancing invite your energy back into greater harmony and ease. Throughout your experience, enjoy a refreshing non-alcoholic herbal beverage and a petite charcuterie board with thoughtfully curated seasonal bites, adding another layer of nourishment to your time away from the outside world.
