Reset and Restore Experience
Intentional time to pause, reconnect, and build your self-care practice.
Service Description
Reset & Restore offers personalized, one-on-one wellness sessions centered on rest, reflection, and practical self-care. Each appointment begins with a conversation about your current experiences, preferences, and wellness goals. Together, we select complementary practices for the session, which may include Reiki, guided breathing, meditation, gentle somatic movement, or EFT tapping. Not every practice is used in every appointment. Reiki is provided by a certified Reiki Master Teacher. Certification is available for review upon request. **Booking options:** - Individual session: $125 for one 60-minute appointment. - Monthly membership: $200 for three 60-minute appointments per month. The membership saves $175 compared with booking three individual appointments at $125 each. Your purchase covers the session time and practices selected for your appointments. Premium extras and separately priced add-ons are not included. Sessions are available in person or virtually. Virtual appointments are automatically set up for Zoom, with phone appointments available upon request. This service provides nonmedical wellness and spiritual support. It does not include medical assessment, diagnosis, psychotherapy, or treatment of health conditions. Individual experiences vary, and specific outcomes are not guaranteed.
