Sink into a Reiki or Sekhem session wrapped in the warm scent of cinnamon leaf, soft amber and copper light, and the quiet stillness this season calls for. We layer in root chakra sound healing, anchored by the grounding scent of apple and cinnamon, to help you feel steady and held as the energy work unfolds. We close with a cup of Harvest Hearth Tea, a small ritual to help you carry the calm with you long after you leave.
