For when you need more than a reset, you need a full release. This session pairs Sekhem or Reiki with sauna blanket time and our Sauna Detox Blend, warmed by notes of clove and star anise. Root chakra sound healing threads through the experience, giving your nervous system something steady to hold onto while your body does the deeper work of letting go.
